Okay, so I know I shouldn't find this as funny as I seriously do, because, yes, fourth wall violation and everything. Actually, I'll cut it, because I'm sure people will be squicked.

Okay, okay. So if you haven't heard, there is this fic, which is Tom Conrad/Bob Bryar, and pretty good! And then there is this comment, made by Tom Conrad's band's myspace on another member of the band's myspace:

OH YES, MY PRETTIES. OH YES. TOM CONRAD: HE READS YOUR FIC, AND HE QUOTES FROM IT. Now, this would be MORE than magnificently hilarifying enough in and of itself, but then we have this anonymous comment on the fic itself. Please note the time stamp, as compared with the stamp on the myspace comment.

...yeah.

It was only a matter of time before a band boy commented on fic, right? And if it had to happen, the fact that it was on a BOB BRYAR/TOM CONRAD FIC, and the fact that the comment was, and I quote, "Just beautiful," are definitely enough to catapult it from the realm of simply horrifying into the glorious land of AMAZING WTFERY. Who do you think taught him to leave feedback on fic? Pete? Gabe? I just. I JUST CANNOT EVEN.

I keep thinking I have made this up in my mind, but NOPE. TRUE. TRUE STORY. Ohhhhh bandom, you are a brave new world. Sometimes I think about old RPS meta from five years ago or more and then I laugh until I cry.

In other news, this is my 350th post. That is 345 more posts than I ever thought I'd make!

ETA: In other other news, I am turning off custom comment pages, because a) people hate them and b) this way I can use my thread unfolder! Everybody wins!

I KNOW, RIGHT? Let's be honest: if people wrote fic about me, I would not only quote the fic, I would probably wear t-shirts with those quotes on them. AMAZING. I would comment constantly!

	Part of me is making grabby hands at the fourth wall. Where has it gone, and omg, I want it back! But most of me is laughing at how weird and fucked up it all is.
